We built Evidentia because AI decisions are becoming impossible to audit — and the infrastructure to change that does not yet exist for most organizations.
Built in direct response to audit, compliance, and accountability gaps in enterprise AI adoption — Evidentia addresses a structural infrastructure problem, not a technology trend.
Over the past two years, AI systems have moved from experimental tools to core decision-making infrastructure in regulated industries — finance, healthcare, legal, and enterprise operations. Organizations are using AI to summarize contracts, flag compliance risks, approve transactions, and generate reports.
But a fundamental problem emerged: no one could prove how those decisions were made.
When an auditor asks "how did your AI reach this conclusion?" — most organizations have no answer. When a legal dispute arises over an AI-generated recommendation, there is no chain of custody. When a regulator requests documentation, there is no structured evidence format. This is not a technology problem. It is an infrastructure gap.
The EU AI Act introduces mandatory audit trail and documentation requirements for high-risk AI systems. Organizations have a narrow window to build compliant infrastructure. The gap between "using AI" and "being able to demonstrate how AI was used" is becoming a regulatory liability.
Every major technology shift creates a platform layer: internet → SSL/PKI; cloud → identity management; AI → accountability infrastructure. Evidentia is positioned at that infrastructure layer for AI.
Existing tools — SIEM, logging platforms, AI observability — are not designed for legal and compliance audiences. They capture data. They do not create verifiable evidence with chain of custody that survives external scrutiny.
Evidentia's mission is to become the infrastructure layer that makes AI decisions auditable, verifiable, and defensible — by default. We believe AI accountability is not a compliance checkbox. It is a foundational requirement for trust between organizations, regulators, and society.
Records that cannot be altered without detection.
Proof any third party can independently confirm.
Evidence structured for compliance teams and regulators.
Evidentia was built in direct response to a structural gap in enterprise AI accountability infrastructure. The platform was conceived, designed, and developed to address a concrete compliance problem — working with AI systems throughout the process.
We are currently in Early Access — working directly with a small number of partners in regulated environments to validate real use cases, refine the product, and build the first documented evidence of Evidentia working in production.
"The first question AI creates is: can it make decisions? The second question — the one that matters for compliance and regulation — is: can you prove them? Evidentia exists to answer that second question."
