  • No service-level agreement applies during Open Beta unless separately agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evidentia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or business interruption damages arising from Open Beta use.

Suspension and termination

  • Evidentia may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, prevent security risk, or discontinue Open Beta access.
