Verification limitations

This proof does not prove that the AI decision itself was correct, or that the submitted input was factually true. Evidentia verifies the integrity of the recorded proof data and its consistency with the chain anchor.

Raw AI data

Evidentia is designed to avoid storing raw AI data by default.

• For Open Beta, customers are encouraged to submit hashes, summaries, and metadata instead of raw prompts, outputs, personal data, or confidential information unless explicitly intended.
• If a customer submits raw or sensitive data, the customer remains responsible for that decision and for having the right to process and disclose that data.

Blockchain and beta infrastructure

• Open Beta may use Solana mainnet anchoring in limited, monitored batches.
• Blockchain anchoring infrastructure, supported chains, and production guarantees may change before general availability.
• Base and Ethereum support is implemented for future rollout but is not active unless separately activated.

Signing and trust infrastructure during beta

Evidentia currently verifies proof record integrity and consistency with chain anchors. We are introducing Platform Trust Infrastructure to record public key fingerprints, key versions, and key-state history for Evidentia’s own signing keys.

• Open Beta verification primarily demonstrates proof integrity, consistency, tamper detection, and reproducibility of verification.
• KMS/HSM-backed key protection, external attestation, and advanced key rotation audits are planned as part of future Production Trust Infrastructure.
• Open Beta does not currently provide externally audited key custody guarantees, HSM-backed signing guarantees, certified trust infrastructure, or regulatory certification.
